Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services is the result of our desire to apply our own operational field experience as mechanics and pilots to the design and delivery of maintainable, practical and affordable modification package options for all applications.
Company founders Mike Whitter and Matt Trahearn are Transport Category rated AME’s and have spent decades working with both the 350 and 350 series helicopters. Mike and Matt are supported by General Manager Gerard Palmer, an experienced pilot, and Chairman Daniel Owen.
Since our incorporation in 2002, we have focused on the following services:

- Development, Fabrication and Manufacturing
- Helicopter Sales and Purchasing

- Avionics Design and Installation
- Interior and Exterior Aircraft Refinishing
We are a Transport Canada Approved manufacturing and maintenance organization. All of our available products are initially approved by Transport Canada, followed on by approvals from the FAA and EASA. These rigorous Transport Canada company approvals and product certifications demonstrate our commitment to the highest levels of safety and expertise in both the manufacturing and maintenance facets of our business.
