Heli-Lynx 56th 350FX and 14th 355FX kits rolls off the production line
Heli-Lynx Helicopters is proud to announce that the 56th 350FX and 14th 355FX kits have rolled off of the production line in Stoney Creek and will be delivered in early December. This represents a huge milestone for Heli-lynx having attained its Transport Canada manufacturing approval late 2007. Kit sales have been steady in 2009 said Gerard palmer COO. He is starting to see new life in the market, particulary overseas where new sales are being won in a number of different countries in addition to new domestic sales for the coming year.
Heli-Lynx expands capabilities with in house engineering
Heli-Lynx Helicopters is proud to announce that it has completed negotiations with Phoenix Aero Engineering Services to aquire to company's assets and staff. May 1st 2008 will see the Phoenix Aero assets and staff move and become part of the Stoney Creek facilities to provide full time engineering support with a staff of 5 engineers which in the past was being completed on a contractual basis. Company President Mike Whitter is pleased with the addition of Phoenix as this now allows Heli-Lynx to focus efforts full time with an experienced staff on continued product development with its existing products and fast track efforts to release a wide variety of new support products for the industry. "Its a major step forward for our organization to ensure the continued airworthiness and development of our existing products and ensure we have the tools to remain competitive with new product releases" said Whitter. Gerard Palmer, COO, also supports the move as this now allows Heli-Lynx to be quicker and more effective in its responses to the industry. "With our own in house engineering services we are better equipped to serve our customers and their needs" These services ,he quickly notes, will be made available to the industry in the future for oustide service work in a effort to provide the industry a full service organization within Heli-Lynx.
